Lazada Group - Worst experience I've had with online shopping
After almost a month of delays and long distance followups, they finally decided to cancel my order due to some "untoward incident." Yup, bull sh*t - that's all I got in the end.Shame on you, Lazada, and your CSRs for feeding me bunch of lies and false reassurances.
I hope you all get what you deserve.
To add insult to injury, now I have to wait another 5-15 banking days for my money to be credited back to my account.I hope I won't be fighting tooth and nail for this refund.
