The individual guided me through all the steps, in creating an account with Lazada, Binance and OKX to be able to purchase USDT and transfer to the Lazada online store, he worked really hard to gain my trust proving that he was genuine, I was reluctant but I was persuaded when he convinced me that I needed minimal funds to start with. Once my store was open the orders came in and after sometime I was unable to keep up with the orders and I had to put more funds to be able to process the orders which was all of my savings. Due to financial constraints that this caused the individual advise me I can apply to close my store once I cleared all pending orders, which I did and I requested for store closure from the Lazada customer service. The customer service agent advised me that it will take 24hours for them to process my request, they also advised me that if I receive any orders i had to clear them if not my store closure request will be cancelled.
Only after a few a Hours of them advising me this, I receive 3 bulk orders which I could not process in time. It took me14 days for me to gather the funds to be able to process all the pending orders which I did. I contacted the customer service to finalize the closure which they advised me that I was fined for late process fees and I was charged 10% of the pending amount for each day I was late which was around 5K. I understood as I was advised of this before hand.
I requested from the customer service agent for them to deduct the amount from my wallet balance which I had 37K but they declined and told me I had to pay, meaning deposit the fined amount directly on the link address which they provide. They advised me once I settle the fined amount my store will be closed and I could withdraw my funds. All of my lifes saving was in that store and the only option I had was to take a loan to pay the fines. After I paid the fine I went to withdraw some of the funds in my wallet store which was in review process with Lazada, after a few hours my withdrawal process was declined and I was advise by their customer service that due to my account being opened less than 3 months I have to pay them $3,000.00 I informed the agent that no one advised me of this fine when I applied for store closure.
I was in despair as I took a loan and had to repay it back. I went back and forth with the agent with no avail. I requested for them to offset the $3000 from my wallet balance which they declined.I pleaded with agent to put my request through the management which they accepted and told me they will get back to be. I informed them that I will be putting a scammed complaint against their company if I did not get a response from them as this was purely them scamming me and I have proof also of them not advising me of the alleged $3000 fine.
Only after a few hours I logged back on to the site to see if they have replied to my request I found that Lazada had changed their customer service platform and I could not see or access my trails of messages back and forth with their customer service agents. I submitted a new request on their new platform last week but with no avail and no response from them until now. I would be grateful and appreciate your help and assistance please.
What you just read is was 1 on the 2 emails I sent to Lazada group which they ignored. Just wanted to share my experience so no one falls in this trap.
I never knew people could stood so low to use someone just for money. There is so much that happened that I cannot share or express it here.
The only thing I can do is share part of this nightmare as a warning. Watch out

No one has contacted me yet or when I tried to call it says invalid number
I sent a couple of emails and received no answer. I have all the screenshots about how much money I should have and all the transactions I have done over the past year. This has been complicated. I just need someone with a really good heart who will be willing to help me out and walk me through and explain everything from the beginning.
I'm in the USA; I have never been to Singapore, and I opened this account because a friend told me that it was a good business to make extra money, but it didn't work for me. I lost almost $25,000 US dollars, and I need everything back.

Disappointment with refusal to cancel order as product delivery late
I have ordered the handphone as it is shown it a local seller with a ready product. It's show packs and ready to ship with expected delivery by 27 Jul , but till now no update . I wanted to cancel the order but was rejected.
According to seller , he say that phone need to be shipped to china to redo software .

I bought a wok from Lazada seller Redchef Order ID: 144850****32096 & requested for the item to be returned as the handle had an uncoverd hole (refer picture). The Item was supposed to be collected by NinjaVann on 11/04/25.
But return item was not collected. So I called several times to Lazada customer care staffs, but they didn't resolve the issue to collect the return till 25/04/25. This was the day the return was auto cancelled. It was the worst customer service I've received from Lazada.
I came to know that Lazada has given customer care contract to Malaysia to handle Singapore customer inquiries. The unprofessional Malaysians working there has proven they're not even capable to resolve simple return issues. Now I've reapply to return the item.
I'll update the outcome. I'm very sure Lazada unprofessional customer care staffs will create a very bad reputation for Lazada.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with a recent transaction on lazada platform.
On March 3, 2025, I purchased a Beelink 7 GTR PC worth SGD 722 from the seller iga8317**** (Order ID: 999946****804). However, instead of receiving the product I paid for, I shockingly received 5 N95 masks in the parcel.
I promptly reported this fraudulent delivery and requested a refund.
To my dismay, my refund request was rejected with the reasoning that the seller does not have sufficient balance. Frankly, this response is unacceptable. As a buyer, I trusted Lazada's platform, made full payment in good faith, and expected Lazada to ensure the security and legitimacy of transactions. How the seller manages their balance is not the buyer's responsibility.
Lazada facilitated this transaction and allowed the seller to operate it is lazada duty to safeguard the interests of your customers.
Allowing funds to be released to a fraudulent seller without buyer confirmation is not only negligent but feels like an act of cheating from Lazada's side. If the platform permits fraudulent sellers, who is held accountable?
Surely not the innocent customer who placed their trust in Lazada.
I strongly demand an immediate resolution and a full refund of SGD 722. I expect Lazada to take responsibility, stand by your customers, and rectify this serious breach of trust.

This company is an absolute nightmare to deal with. Once you're in, there's no way out. I recently received two pairs of shoes from them, and both experiences were a disaster. The first pair they sent was completely the wrong size, ridiculously small. When I tried to return them, they flat-out refused. The second pair, supposedly the correct size, turned out to be exactly the same size as the first—again, way too small. And guess what? They refused to take those back too.
But it gets worse. When I attempted to delete my account to avoid any more of their nonsense, I hit a brick wall. They've erected so many barriers that it's virtually impossible to leave. Customer service? Useless. They just parrot back the same useless procedures you can find on their website, offering zero help or resolution.
Their scams don't end there.
You cannot delete or close your account if your account is in credit.
I discovered I had 83 baht in my account—no clue how it got there. So, I decided to transfer it to my bank. What a joke! Only 61 baht actually made it to my bank account. When I tried to transfer the remaining 21 baht, they hit me with a minimum transfer requirement of 65 baht. Seriously? So now I have to transfer money back into my account to meet the minimum threshold to close my account. Scammers!
It's clear they'll nickel and dime you at every turn.

I brought a KDK table fan, and you Lazada delivered to me a parcel with a face mask. Then I called your customer service, and they were rude at first without any apology.
Your customer service even pushed it to your seller like nothing happened due to your seller. I informed your customer service to tell your manager to call me, but they don't care to call. If you push it to your seller, I don't know who the person deliberately sent me the face mask and not the KDK table fan.
Actually, you Lazada should check the parcel before delivery. Thanks.

They refuse to refund the money; they sell a first aid kit, but it is an empty box. A first aid kit means bandage and all that. But they reject a refund at Global Merch Park.

I have been dealing with this issue for a couple of months now, trying to withdraw all my funds. All I hear is lie after lie, and I am dealing with your mess-ups while my funds are being held hostage, so I can't get my funds back. Your customer service is very rude and unprofessional, and this company is nothing but a scam that just keeps taking your money.
