I bought a mobile air conditioner from Hailang via Lazada.
The device did not work properly and as stated on their site, it leaked a lot of water.
I had the right to return it within 30 days, plus there was a one-year warranty period.
I have it neatly packaged again in the original packaging within 14 days.
It was refused by Hailang, and no guarantee.
Now the device is gone, and I havent gotten my money back.
Different times i was connect customer care, many emails i ot from there, After i ask for a update, i got a mail back Your concern related to this email is already Closed
Customer care from Lazada turns out to be seller care.

My seller account has been deactivated for almost two months without any proper reasons. It happened all of a sudden and I have been issuing cases with your seller support team and following up bi-daily.
The team is actually giving me zero solution/feedback on this issue. I am really frustrated about it.
Can anyone assist with it as soon as possible? I hope I can get proper answers accordingly!

According to the apps all costumers is secure and have money back if the item is wrong but sadenly will rejected so this platform no assurance for security.

I buy items on Lazada. The seller sent the wrong items.
I chatted with the seller, but they didn't want to reply.
I called Lazada's customer care, and they asked me to do this and that. In the end, Lazada and the seller seemed like scammers; my money couldn't be returned.

I purchased a second hand Fujitsu Icpre 3 with 1 year insurance warranty, but both the Seller and Lazada denied all my requests to issue refund for the defective Laptop. I informed them on April 4 and asked them to reopen the return button because it was already disabled.
I received the product on April 2 and it's within the 7 days return policy., but they denied my request. The Lazada Customer Care asked me to request Invoice from the Seller so they can process the refund, but the Seller denied my request.
I informed Lazada about this consistently and on May 4 they reopened the return button but I can't proceed because the confirm button is diaabled. I was asked both by the Seller and Lazada yo return the Laptop on my own cost, This is extremely a terrible expensive from Lazada.

I want to buy an item from Lazada. I clicked BUY NOW on their site.
That took me to Registration. I gave my email address and a strong password. It did not like my passeord so i tried to register my phone number. Yes, I received a code by email.
I entered the code and appear to be a Lazada customer but it still does not like my password. Who do I call? Who do I email?
The unhelpful Help tells me to enter an order number, but I have not ordered yet. HELP

I received a link from gcash,and they said to login the gcash website,and then when I follow, what they said the link and I was login to the gcash website,they sent an otp,and when I was type my otp,I followed type my mpin,and I was nat able to login because my mpin is wrong,and I was tried to type my mpin 4times,and when I was awared a message on my sms when I have seen the message and I was read, they said that I have paid on lazada 1st 100.00 2nd 500.00 3rd500.00 4rth360.00 and the question why I made paid? that I have no anything purchase on lazada? the one thing that I have done I was login my gcash account only

I received a cellphone holder instead of my cat food. I waited several days for this cat food.
But instead I got a stupid cellphone holder like I said. I paid the item because I thought it was my wifes connector to the tv. Then I seen delivered on my the cat food but I received no such item. The seller excell clock is a scammer on lazada.
I reported it but instead of lazada giving my now. They want me to do return and it takes up to seven days.

Same here. I got a package delivered that contains a stone instead of a laptop.
They rejected the refund request without explaining the reason, and without even talking to me.
Absolutely no way to contact them, no email, can't even get through live chat. They operate in a completely unethical and arguably illegal way.
