Cancellation of order

I placed an order. Order confirmed, payment received. One week later close to delivery date got an email "Processed refund on the way. Order cancelled". Contacted Seller &;;;; Lazada. Seller claims Lazada cancelled my order. Lazada claims Seller couldn't make delivery as scheduled they cancelled my order. What right do they have to cancel my order if I am.still.okay to wait even if it is delayed. Why doesn't anyone contact me? Where is customer service in this? So unprofessional

Very rude customer service agent last May 2021 when I was trying to follow up my refund. I reported this to customer care but it seems no action was taken!!!

Lazada Group - Saving Few Customers
Fyi, im an angry customer. I try to be nice. I ordered, pay and seller say no stock. I ask for refund then it is in the form of Voucher. Can I request it to be refund to me in term of cash? Its something like manipulative where the seller simply advertise appealing product. Then it says no stock. when ask.for refund, the. its in term of voucher as Lazada.wants me to buy in their platform.

Bullshitcheap items like RM 0.10 can deliver faster *** Expensive and important items more than RM 100 take 1 year *** *** Fuck..... My time one minute equal to one year..... I will make your business down, WATCH OUT!

#TaglishparaOkay Courier call me at 4:30pm tapos di ko nasagot. Itxted the courier that i was driving motor kaya di ko nasagot. Courier called again at 7pm tapos sinabi ko na magkita kami dito na lugar, he said di daw kaya sa oras kasi mag reremit pa daw ang hayp! Ito matindi nag suggest ang p#t@ na aabunohan nalang daw, siya magbabayad at magkita nalang kami sa napagka sunduan na lugar at doon ko siya bayaran... Tapos Hayp na courier nato tinxt at call ko di sumasagot paasa amp... At may notif sa lazada na failed to deliver incorrect address daw. NANI? Di ko naman alam na may rules with in 12hours only kailangan mag fill up sa form para sa re-delivery.. Ayun nag chat si lazada we can no longer to deliver this f##k#n item. I placed an order with a sales manager Mr. Omar Nickolas for 50 orian hcca 5000 watt dvc 2 ohm comp. 12" subwoofers. They where prices at 90$ a peice and that equals to 4500$. Now I have paid this plus 12000$ extra per your sales manager with all the in port fees and customs duty and taxes . I still have not received my order or the refund I was promised. I would like it if we could meet in the middle here. I would be happy with half of what I lost or some of what I order . No Channel For Customer Feedback / Suggestions

Tracking information contains carrier depot codes which are meaningless to the average customer, i.e. style=" Nov.18 02:03 Leave the sorting station Your parcel has left the sorting station [ CNAK ] Nov. 17 11:41 The parcel has arrived at the main sorting station. Your package has arrived at the sorting station [ CVRC ]. What does this mean and where is my parcel?? It should show the actual location to be at all meaningful and useful to the customer attempting to track their order. There should also be a company-wide suggestion / feedback channel (not chat!) for customers to convey ideas for service improvements - if Lazada is committed to same? Thank you.

extortionate delivery charges .. i was to buy an item and to be charged 447 pesos for delivery ...for a printer ????? wow ..the fat cats are rubbing their hands .. under the current climate i find it hard to believe that you are still over charging people ..i wioll be reporting yous to trade commission regarding my issues..none

Goods ordered but not delivered !

I made online purchase on the 1/6/20 at 2.26am to buy Sony Xbr65A8G, (65 Android TV) at S$553.95, supposed to deliver from.8/6 to 11/6, but till now, never deliver and not a single text nor calls from the supplier's name called something like Gadgets.
