When I asked Lazada to reschedule the delivery via text reply to the SMS sent to me by the courier . Lazada said that I cancelled my order.

I did not cancel. I asked for a reschedule of the delivery. One item has already been delivered but the other one has not arrived yet and I am assuming this was the one cancelled. I need that item to be delivered n the 19th else I will have to really cancel it since it is for our Christmas Exchange gift.

Ordering from two items from different vendors from Lazada is becoming a pain. They are delivered separately and I have to allocate two different days just to receive each item
