Poor service

I placed an order about a week ago. They sent me a confirmation email. And the thing next i know, the item can not be shipped because my address they claimed was incomplete. I sent the address again. Same issue. It was frustrating because my address is complete! I should know, it is MY ADDRESS. Sila lang ang nagsabi na incomplete address ko, lahat ng online transactions ko sa ibang online shop, nkakarating mga orders ko. EWAN KO SA INYO LAZADA! Anong gusto nyo, mag imbento ako ng address na mahaba para masabi nyong complete na yang address ko? Marunong pa sa may ari ng address. Nakakasuya.

Lazada Group - Defective Watch Review

I have also experienced the same thing. At first i trusted Lazada so much for their fast delivery of orders. First, I've ordered a happy call kitchenware. Since it was my first time online transaction and it was a cash on delivery service, I was so impressed that they were able to delivered it the fastest way as possible. So i was convinced to order from again. The second item i ordered is the monopod and I've experienced good service like the first. Not until the 3rd (and will be the last) time that i've ordered to them. I've ordered a watch worth almost 1K from them. The watch is defective so I've decided to sent it back to them on same date I've received the item. I've contacted Lazada regarding that matter but they are avoiding my calls by not answering it. So I've tried to contact them via email. Until now, they just keep on telling me that they are following up my issues to their respective department. And that's just so unfair that until now, not even a single cent was given back to me... Im so disappointed because they are so fast in getting the money but when it comes to customers' complaint, they seem avoiding the issue. I would definitely say that LAZADA IS A BIG SCAM!! DON'T EVER TRUST THEM!!!

Hi there i experience receiving a defective projector from lazada...i fill up the return form (found at their website) and send the item back with the form. I never called them nor email,eventually 4 days after they have received my item with the form my money was given back.

Did you do the same procedure ma'm/sir? I hope your issue will be resolved

order number 30682**** ,just received in parcel this morning and very dissatisfited with the item that sent , was ordering 300rm+ keyboard but getting a usb charger . And the most funny thing is , the behind of the usb charger was a sticker with the product that i wanted i have loss rm 282 ( assume the usb thingy is rm 100), and the most important is , the item been used , you have lost my trust as a seller , i ve purchase from many company and for the 1st time , your company the WORST , now im getting my replied from Lazada C.S.

Department until now , just now called but no one pick up the phone .

*Claps* if you cant sell better product dun bother open it and sell , it seriously hurt alot ppl and waste of time . Please reach me if you see this post at 012636****

Item Locking Upon delivery and no follow up calls or email

Hello, If there's a Lazada Customer Service Representative there, please read my post, I am very pissed off with your costumer services. I ordered 3 items and paid it in full via Visa card at your online store Last June 18. After 5 working days, they delivered it but unfortunately i only got the two products, locking 1 the Kyowa coffee maker. I immediately emailed them about the problem but there's no call or even a reply of my email. I tried to call but it always get busy and my emails they seems useless. Lazada, If you can't deliver the item please give me the refund asap.

Do Not Buy at Lazada.Com

I ordered from Lazada.com a toy for my daughter. No one called me to confirm my order, which is what they represented in their email to me. I took the initiative to call to confirm my purchase. Their website said item is on stock, and ships in 2-5 working days. But when I called to follow-up after a week if my order will be delivered ,I was informed that the item is unavailable. The company doesn't have the decency to call its customer! Be cautious of this on-line seller. They cannot deliver what they advertise.

HAD THE SAME EXPERIENCE.. BOUGH A SONY SMARTWATCH LAST DECEMBER AND IT WAS DEFECTIVE..

AFTER MA FULLY CHARGE, LOWBAT AGAD SO NEVER PA TALAGA SIYA NAGAMIT. NIREKLAMO KO SA LAZADA AT ADVICE NILA NA COVER PDAW NG WARRANTY SA SONY YUNG ITEM. NUNG DINALA KO SA SERVICE CENTER NG SONY, HINDI NILA IHONOR YUNG WARRANTY.. SO PINABALIK NALANG NG LAZADA YUNG ITEM SA KANILA AT NAGEMAIL SKIN NA GINAMIT KO NADAW YUNG ITEM AT NABASA PADAW.

PANO MANGYAYARI YUN EH ANG PROBLEMA NGA EH LOWBAT AGAD KAYA NEVER CIA NAGAMIT.. NGAYON BINALIKTAD AKO NA AKO PA NAKASIRA. WOW!!! GUYS DONT EVER BUY TO LAZADA!

I have ordered several times, na received q namn. nagulat nga ako kasi expect q 2-5 working days pero after confirmation na deliver kaagad kinabukasan... un lng ang problema walang txt kung idedeliver na, what if kung walang tau sa bahay...

bakit po di kyo sumasagot sa email ko un kc pinurchase ko khapon na haipad a13 ay defective ngopen lang sya twice pero dina ulit maopen kahit na chinarge na..pero nung nag follow up ako ng order ngreply kayo bakit ngaun may complain ako di kayo nagrereply..hopefully magawan ng action to kc very disappointed tlaga kmi especially my husband dhil dme man lang nmin nagamit kahit saglit ung product.
