I have no choice but to occasionally use Lazada Th because I am in a rural area under served by vendors. Lazada is the worst customer service ever. Please cancel my order #328118369. Where is the cancel button? Help state there should be a cancel button. Where is it? In Facebook I saw the lazada app selling the hp I Wan in a cheap price. After I purchased the hp. It came out another hp that is not what I wanted. Please cancel my order immediately and refund back my money!

I tried to purchase a product from LAZADA.SG website and paid for it through its payment gateway system called “HelloPay”. Its pay system had some connection problems and the transactions did not go through TWICE with no follow-up instructions. Sept. 10,2016, I ordered in LAZADA a tv with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 (first pic) but they delivered a tv with a resolution of 1366 x 768 (2nd pic) on Sept.13. I want to cancel my order of 2 Romoss Sense 6 20,000 mah power bank but there is no cancel button. I want to cancel it because everytime I track it there is no update about it, it always says "Processing".

Nag return po ako ng item tapos nirefund naman ni lazada tapos nung kukunin ko na ung pera ang sabi nakuha na daw sa lbc pasay branch pano po nangyare un ee sakin lang naman sinend ni lazada ung remittance number. The delivery guy did not deliver my order simply because he can locate the whereabouts of my house. He even told me I gave the wring address. ***. It was total a shitload when he told me to pick the order from him at some other place. And I even wasted my phone's bill just to call the delivery guy to give him direction. I just don't get it.
