Contact Lazada Customer Help/Support

I want to buy an item from Lazada. I clicked BUY NOW on their site. That took me to Registration. I gave my email address and a strong password. It did not like my passeord so i tried to register my phone number. Yes, I received a code by email. I entered the code and appear to be a Lazada customer but it still does not like my password. Who do I call? Who do I email? The unhelpful Help tells me to enter an order number, but I have not ordered yet. HELP

My money on gcash was scammed by Lazada scammer

I received a link from gcash,and they said to login the gcash website,and then when I follow, what they said the link and I was login to the gcash website,they sent an otp,and when I was type my otp,I followed type my mpin,and I was nat able to login because my mpin is wrong,and I was tried to type my mpin 4times,and when I was awared a message on my sms when I have seen the message and I was read, they said that I have paid on lazada 1st 100.00 2nd 500.00 3rd500.00 4rth360.00 and the question why I made paid? that I have no anything purchase on lazada? the one thing that I have done I was login my gcash account only

I received a cellphone holder instead of my cat food. I waited several days for this cat food. But instead I got a stupid cellphone holder like I said. I paid the item because I thought it was my wifes connector to the tv. Then I seen delivered on my the cat food but I received no such item. The seller excell clock is a scammer on lazada. I reported it but instead of lazada giving my now. They want me to do return and it takes up to seven days.

I placed an order. Order confirmed, payment received. One week later close to delivery date got an email "Processed refund on the way. Order cancelled". Contacted Seller &;;;; Lazada. Seller claims Lazada cancelled my order. Lazada claims Seller couldn't make delivery as scheduled they cancelled my order. What right do they have to cancel my order if I am.still.okay to wait even if it is delayed. Why doesn't anyone contact me? Where is customer service in this? So unprofessional

Fyi, im an angry customer. I try to be nice. I ordered, pay and seller say no stock. I ask for refund then it is in the form of Voucher. Can I request it to be refund to me in term of cash? Its something like manipulative where the seller simply advertise appealing product. Then it says no stock. when ask.for refund, the. its in term of voucher as Lazada.wants me to buy in their platform.

I placed an order with a sales manager Mr. Omar Nickolas for 50 orian hcca 5000 watt dvc 2 ohm comp. 12" subwoofers. They where prices at 90$ a peice and that equals to 4500$. Now I have paid this plus 12000$ extra per your sales manager with all the in port fees and customs duty and taxes . I still have not received my order or the refund I was promised. I would like it if we could meet in the middle here. I would be happy with half of what I lost or some of what I order . Undelivered order

I order 5 orian subwoofers from the lazada group from Mr omar nicholas for 450$ .The shipping department messed up the order and sent me 50 orian subwoofers now the order costs me 4500$. I have made 8611.50 in payment to omar to the account that he provides me UlaColon@***.com Now that's almost twice of the original amount.

And he says that customs open up the order and they found an additional 20 Subwoofer in the the order and demands 1500$ more mine unsure if there is even a really order because customs told me it was a scam and the tracking information that was provided by omar nicholas does not show any thing I want to be refunded or have the order delivered to me and some reassurance that this is a really order would be nice.

I dont see how it's my fault that the shipping company mess up the order and that I should be the one who pays for the mix up I have sent over the original amount witch is 90$ apiece this is crazy and the order was put in two months ago

Tracking information contains carrier depot codes which are meaningless to the average customer, i.e. style=" Nov.18 02:03 Leave the sorting station Your parcel has left the sorting station [ CNAK ] Nov. 17 11:41 The parcel has arrived at the main sorting station. Your package has arrived at the sorting station [ CVRC ]. What does this mean and where is my parcel?? It should show the actual location to be at all meaningful and useful to the customer attempting to track their order. There should also be a company-wide suggestion / feedback channel (not chat!) for customers to convey ideas for service improvements - if Lazada is committed to same? Thank you.
